Documents fot Family tree certificate in karnataka

Hi, i need to know what are the documents required to submit for Family tree certificate. In Nadakacheri Bangalore, they said to provide Sales Deed & Encumbrance Certificate to get the certificate. I need family tree attestation to get property which is in other city in Karnataka to be transferred to my mom's name.
