Please can you answer to my query?
Query: I have got married in 2011 May. From that day to till date we have not conssummated till date. My wife has psychological fears, due that we have not had a physical relationship. We had gone to doctors but no improvement from her side. I am planning to apply for divorce. They are saying please give some more time, it is already more than 2 years so i got frustrated and i am going for divorce.
1) Will i get divorce if they refused?
2) I have not taken any money or dowry or properties from them at the time of marriage, i am against dowry. She is B pharmacy Graduate. Is there any maintanence problem if they demand?
3)Please suggest any approach if i can get divorce smoothly?
4) I heard if there is no physical relationship morethan 6 months between husband and wife, then court will give divorce. Is it right?
