I got married on 06.04.2011 at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. After the she came to my home in Hyderabad and stayed for 10 days then returned back to their home town. After one year they have filed for Maintenance from their home town. Then I have filed for Divorce from Hyderabad where I am staying. At the first hearing of my divorce case they have applied for Transfer my divorce case to their home town and the case was strucked for near by two years. Mean while I have attended for Maintenance case and their interim maintenance. Finally in the Maintenance case the Judgment is that I have to pay Rs.6000/- PM. But I have lost my job due to this court issue. But they have filed that I am earning Rs.20000/- PM that is the reason I have to pay maintenance of Rs.10000/-. But the judgment given for Rs.6000/-. Now my problem is that I am not in a position to pay the maintenance. In recent week days back my Divorce case came to hearing in their home town. But I have not paid form the maintenance from Feb-2013 onwards and also interim maintenance amount.
No please suggest me whether I can get stay for payment of maintenance so that I can attend for the Divorce case ???
