I (Petiotner) have filed divorce and in response (Respondent) has filed objection to my petition and asked interim maintenance under 24 HMA. 7k Maintenance has been awarded. Now the case is at evidence stage. Mine and my relatives evidence has been recorded. Now I have got her income details and her income is around 14k. What do I need to do furnish her income details at this stage of the case? I am sure this will definately dispose\reduce maintenance order. My conusler says, case is almost at the end. Filing this may delay in divorce closure. One time settlement has been tried but as thier demands are high
