I am a family lawyer works in Family lawyers in Chandigarh. I have a client, Who wants divorce from his wife. Because of some family problem.But his wife does not wants divorce with him. But now they are living separately with each other. They have two children one boy who is 15 years old and a girl who is 12 years old.both the children are living with their mother now. My client who is father of children wants his children custody .
so my question is, it is possible to get divorce if his wife does not want it. and can he applicable to get custody of his children ?
