The divorce case is in progress, he petitioner(male) has finished been done with cross verification, on the final cross verification, the respondent lawyer asked the judge like, requesting to ask petitioner to "bring the child to court" child is aged 7 yrs , on the same the judge asked the petitioner " Do you have any impedement to bring daughter(child) to court" - i said No, i dont have issues. but in next court date do i really need to take my child to court, i dont want my child to be victim from this, i dont want to my daughter to be pressured from respondent who has never taken care of child. seperated almost 5 yrs.
