Divorce

Hello. I filed for divorce with my husband because he done second marriage and begotten two children from her. I Don't have kids. He forced me to take divorce by stating that he will leave her and marry with me again. But after divorce he saying that he can't leave her. Now my question is on the basis of cheating,can I file case again against him? Now divorce process is already over. Pls suggest

Cheating is not applicable.     But bigamy is.

I don't think you can.     Matrimonial Offences can be complained against by aggrieved parties only.     After divorce, court doesn't recognise you as a wife and, therefore, you can't become an aggrieved party.
