Disciplinary aythority

After the domestic enquiry of bank officer disciplinary authority proposes minor penalty of three increments

thereafter sends the record to Chief Vigilance Officer(CVO) who advises that officer may be reduced from

MMG Scale II to JMG Scale I.Disciplinary Authority Blindly follows the advice of CVO and orders accordingly.

                             Thereafter Highcourt quashes the order of Disciplinary as well Appellate authority. Now

Bank in appeal before Double bench wants reenquiry from the initial stage.8 years already passed and

no promotion/increment were given by bank.

you might be having large no of papers, which I presume may be worth 10+Kg.

 

None can advise you suitably without seeing papers.  Kindly meet a service law expert nearest available to you.

 

Based on descripttion you appear to have a good case.
