I got a notice from police under 160/91 Cr. Pc to be appear in police station for false complaint given by my opponent.
But I am not in the situation to be at police station and not went as well.
1. What will be the consequence of my absence on that date? What action the opponent/police can take against me?
2. Now what can I do to face this issue?
