I m 24 yr guy currently pursuin studies.This s a general query.I spoke to a gal very intimately over phone( phone s*x). she stayed in my home for only one month oy.but i didn even speak to her or talk anythin in particular when she stayed in my home. A fortnight after she left home we spoke intimately and it was mutual.But after dat we didnot speak lik dat again. Now my query s- Can she tell dat i had a physical relationship with he,or assaulted her s*xuallyr just because i spoke to her like dat over phone.And she might ve recorded my conversations.This happened 5 months ago.Will the recordings of my voice hold good as evidence for her even after 5 months? Im askin all this because her tone in calls sounds as though she wants to threaten me with all this. So kindly advice if i m legally susceptible in this situation.
