Since divorce petition is already pending, without the written consent of wife and/or permission of the  concerned court where the matter is pending, its not possible to get medical records of wife else it will amount to invasion on one’s privacy.  Although India lacks laws on privacy but  there should be a law against invading people's privacy, unless it's for an investigative purpose court will not allow it.

India is a very good country for criminals.
