What is the basis of alleged "encroachment" of your land ?

If you can prove the encroachment, file a suit for demarcation, declaration, possession, perpetual and mandatory injunction against such encroaches/  defendant.

Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

File prescribed  Application to Tehsildar for surveying your land and he will depute the designated surveyor.   The surveyor issues notice to all those parties that are having common boundaries and gives such certificate.  Basing on such certificate, contact a local advocate and bring a permanent injunction against those that encroached, and if he fails to honor the injunction file a police complaint.

What do you mean by common boundaries? How it has been destroyed?

T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate)     11 June 2021

If it is a common boundary then  the neighbor is also having a right over the common boundary.\

However this will not entitle your neighbor to demolish the common boundary which shares the lands of both you and the neighbor.

In that case you may file a suit for mandatory injunction restraining the neighbor from indulging in such activities which causes you irreparable losses in terms of money and mental agony etc.

You may discuss with your advocate and take appropriate steps as suggested
