Mortgage by deposit of title deed is not created at notified area

Mortgage created in favour of Bank/financial institution by deposit of title deed at place other than the notified area and subsequently on the next day the indenture of mortgage is duly registered with Sub registrar. What is remedy or steps for correct the mistake without losing any priority of charge.
