1 Hi how to deal with lawyers.they are asking fee and when I give they are not filing case
In land (property in telangana)issue we went to lawyer to apply for ejection and 2 boundaries correction where in lawyer asked us 1 lakh then we gave and then after lawyer not filing case ,saying bussy or saying ur case is week and expecting lakhs of fee for enjection.
2 do we need to pay court fee on valuation of plot for title declaration?
