Await lcr

My case status shown as AWAIT LCR. What does it mean and how long should I have to wait as the case has been dragged since 2 years. Kindly suggest how should I proceed.

What is the type of Case? Which court?  Have you discussed with your advocate?

Case Type: CRLA. Court: Addl District and Sessions Court. I have discussed but they said that we are waiting for final order and it may take long time. My doubt is whether such cases take time or intentionally managed by petitioner.

LCR means "lower court records".

The appellate court has summoned trial court records.

Which court the case is pending and at what stage ?

Seek indulgence and guidance of your lawyer, s/he is well aware about the facts and proceedings and an able, competent and intelligent enough to satisfy your quries.

However, if you have lost faith in your lawyer change him / her immediately.
