Note:I agree to fact that the concept of first name is buyer but provided the husband or father is only when incase of reference like ‘wife of’ or ‘son of’.In telugu first name is buyer concept holds when its being reference like ‘సుజాత తిరుపతి రెడ్డి యొక్క భార్య ‘ wherein ‘సుజాత ‘ is buyer AND ‘తిరుపతి రెడ్డి యొక్క భార్య ’ a is reference

Actually Sujatha husband titupathi reddy bought the property means in Telugu tirupathireddy bought the property. But Sujatha, husband of Tirupatireddy means Sujatha bought the property. But in Telugu Sujath husband Tirupati reddy bought the property means Sujatha bought the property as this is mistake that the scribe has not put "coma (,) mark after Sujatha. It is generally going and strictly speeking after the name in Telugu there should be "coma (,) mark after the name.
సుజాత ,భర్త తిరుపతి రెడ్డి ఆస్తిని కొన్నారు=Sujatha and her husband Tirupati Reddy bought the property
Sir as per you if 'సుజాత భర్త తిరుపతి రెడ్డి' ,owner is thirupathi reddy then why registration office interpreting owner as sujata
Query:How can we rectify this error
Seniors please comment
Below A ,D speaks about sujatha owner and B,C speaks about thirupathi reddy is buyer.
A] "sujatha wife of thirupathi reddy buyed the property"
B] "sujatha husband Thirupathi reddy buyed the property"
C] "సుజాత భర్త తిరుపతి రెడ్డి ఆస్తిని కొన్నారు"
D] సుజాత తిరుపతి రెడ్డి యొక్క భార్య ఆస్తిని కొన్నారు
The interpretation of Registration office that Sujata is the buyer is proper.
In general a male has to mention only the father's name.
If the property was purchased for the welfare of the wife, it should state in recitals of the sale deed.
The owner is Sujata, who purchased it is immaterial.
What is the purpose of this ambiguous statement? To avoid ambiguity, the deed can be written with clarity in case of doubts.
What are the facts?
The presumption is that Tirupathireddy has paid the amount to Sujata for purchasing of the property, and making Sujata the rightful owner. (Sujata may not be having any source, or it might have been purchased for her financial independence and security)
