Hello, I work for a housing society who have a peculiar problem in that a Tenant with the approval of the owner of a 3BHK apartment intends to accomodate 40 people for a week during the diwali vacation much to the concerns of the other residents of that building as well as committee members of the society, who wants to object but for want of sufficient grounds since that apartment owner / tennant is adamant citing their rights to have any number of guests. for a specific period. (1) Only the Family members of the licensee/tenant can stay in the flat.
(2) in the event of nuisance or harassment to members, the Society can demand the owner to issue notice to licensee/tenant to vacate.
