my father was beaten by a person yesterday(15-10-2018) in my village.
we didn't give any complaint to police station so far
but our village people postponed the issue for the discussion on next Sunday i.e. 21.10.2018due to dussera festival?
what should we do for that??
is it possible to file a case against him after a few days also after 21.10.2018?
