Outstanding dues in chsl

A Member having outstanding over a year, can speak and vote at Annual General Body Meeting of CHSL?

how can he be compelled to pay? can interest be levied on other charges i.e. on dues on repairs fund? what percentage?

what are the proivisions under bye-laws and MCS act?

R u member of that society?

Pending due and voting right in AGM are two different things.

Apart from this society bye law explain everying in details just read it carefully.

yes, am a memer of the society.

this particular person always create nuisance in the AGM / SGM.

objects to even previousely decided matters. others having petty complain against society, join him.

this person has outstanding dues towards other charges except mainitenance.

can we stop him from speaking and / or voting ?
