Can execute poa for a court attached property?

Respected Sirs,

I have a query about a civil case property.

Mr.Raja mortgaged his property to his Main Supplier Company for Letter of Credit Terms. And he failed to repay his due to his company, So the Company filed a money suite attached with his property in court.

In this situation, Mr.Raja executed a POA for his property (that company has attached this property with court) to handle the case, payment settlement with the above company to Mr.Kannan.

Then Power Holder Kannan execute Sale deed and sale the above property for settle the money and face the case also.

Is it legal one ??? if legal, any judgement is available??

If it illegel, let me know the reason???
