we have a partion suit in Nandigam dist court in Aandrapradesh present status of the suit was delivery of property . Ameena came to delivery the property To DHR. and return the of warrant with reason of the markings of the schedule properties were de marked ( removed ) and unable to delivery the property.
what are the steps to to take refix boundries according to final decree. please
