i met with an accident in 2009 in mysore and the victim who was a pedestrian was killed after 3days as he was already suffering from various diseases. the accident is concerned with 2 wheeler which my dad owns, recently he finished the civil case and the insurance has been claimed by the complainant. the criminal case summons hasn't yet been received by me. how long will it take for me to get the criminal case summons. and if i apply for a passport now, can i get it
