i did my mba from leading south india s bschool after getting good cat scores.i got placed in a psu bank as asst manager. When they came for placements they had criteria like 60 % and no standing arrears and my coll generally show only first yr marks to companies. i had more than 60 % percent till first yr but in second yr i had arrear in one of the practical subj but my coll didnt showed this to bank .after passing out of coll when i sent my mark sheets to bank for verification they said that they have problem with my joining date because i didnt follwed their 60 % criteria .now they are saying that they have to consult their senior managers for my joining date ..its nt my mistake.. its my college mistake and the worst part is they are punishing me for that and they are again going this year to my coll for placement ..iam already waiting for seven months to get my joining date .should i file a case against them??
