This is regarding a matter U/s 408 & 420 of IPC and U/s 43(a) & (b), 65 & 66 of the Inform. Tech. Act 2000. The matter is about an year old and Police has not yet filed the Charge Sheet.
The Police has frozen various Bank Accounts of my and my family members.
I wish to Apply for Defreezing of Bank Accounts and Recovery of Documents taken away by Police. Also wish to Apply for Cancellation of Attendence in Police Station.
Can any one Help with the Procedures for the same and provide formats of Applications for Defreezing & Recovery of Documents / Cancellation of Attendence.
