accused married a minor girl and charged u \ sec 363,366,376. need defence rulling for accused 164 crpc and evidence of victim in favour of accused but victim was minor at the time of offence

Except denying knowledge of such minority at the time of marriage, there is no possible defense, and you may involve parents or some other relatives for suppressing the age. It all depends on the circumstances and the victim's stand.
