Dear All,
False 307, 384, 498a on me and my family. Got AB and after 2.5 yrs, Police filed chargesheet in which there is mention of 498a only.
Now my questions.
1. Can we file defamation case as while going for AB to the court, she put goons to catch us at the premises of court and handover to Police. Our Lawyer got immediate memo from judge and later we attended court and got AB. is the memo sufficient that we were harassed in public and taken to PS.
2. Are there any other evidences required and what will be punishment imposed?
