A govt employee is arrested for criminal case and was kept under custody for a period exceeding 48 hours. He got placed under deemed suspension. Department initiated Departmental Proceedings. Punishment has been awarded and also the criminal case decided and closed.
Can someone kindly inform whether, in this situation will the suspension get revoked automatically or a decision is to be taken separately for the revocation of his suspension?

you are not going relevant facts clearly.
You are on one side intimating that thereis punishment and on other side telling deemed einstatement. Please elaborate what are the facts.
