Dear Members,
Kindly clarify my doubt that is in every deeds(i.e. sale deeds, lease, gift etc.) mentioning the below underlined para in the deeds. Suppose, without mentioned this para in deeds, is there any problem legally to face in future.
(hereinafter referred to as the parties of the FIRST PART/SECOND PART which expression shall mean and execute all its administrators, managers, agents, successors, executors and assigns etc.,)
