All the legal heirs of the deceased shall be the successors in interest to succeed to the estates of the deceased owner.
You may obtain a legal heirship certificate issued by the revenue department to ascertain the legal heirs because all of them are required to execute the registered sale deed jointly in favor of the buyer.
