Dear ramachandran as per your requirment on the said land property i want to state that the land was purchased by my grandfather and later it was partitioned amongst his four son after his death in 1948.my father is alive now and wished to distribute the same equally between us(two brother),is it possible as per the present law
applicable to it.land located in Odisa. please advise me in detail.
