Hello, Can any one help me.
My neighbour has damaged the electric cable lying underground from my house till electric pole. Thay have digged and unknowingly destroyed the wire.
Let me know the remedy, where to lodge the complaint to recover the cost as the wire needs to be replaced to resume electricity.
