I constructed shops on my land which constitute of basement and ground floor. I have six shops on first floor and a hall in basement. I sold 3 shops on the ground floor. As per sale deed agreement it is mentioned that land above the sold shops and below the sold shops are not sold. Since I am not selling the land and only selling the shops so will dakhil kharij of shops be done or it will be just the registration of shops happen in nagar nigam.Please suggest. Thanks
