Current job details in attestation form

In the Attestation form for employment in Central Govt (after selection), there is a column for previous education and employment. 1. To and From period is asked about schooling. I dont know the particular date of entry/relieving from school. Can I specify just the year of entry and relieving ? 2. I am currently in State Govt Contractual and don't want to resign till joining of Central Govt. Also I haven't been asked of NOC in Central Govt. My query is how to mention this current job (govt contractual) in TO and FROM period. Can i write FROM as 'TILL DATE' ? Will it pose any problem ? 3. Will it be any good if I hide/not mention about my previous employment as no benefit is availed from that ? PLEASE ADVICE.
