Cross examination ( suppressing perosnal information)

If any complainant appaered as witness wilfully suppress his perosnal information or gives perosnal information which is technically false or supplied half false answer which though is not relevant but false such as about his spouse, children..BUT ALL IS NOT RELEVANT TO HIS COMPLAINT What amount of sentence will be awarded to the Complainant?
Whether judge can be lenient if such inofmration is not relevat to his case??

repeated query.

Mr. Raman if you are not satisfied with the opinion then why are you post same query twice or trice wait and watch may be some other person give opinion oif your choice. Don't take otherwise

Don't bother answering this querist. He is someone who can afford the services of a lawyer and should, therefore, visit a local lawyer and seek his professional services after paying his legal fees.
