Cross-examination district court (criminal)

Is there any exemptions for female (being victim or complainant) in Indian Constitution that not to appear or attend Trial Court for Cross Examination (Criminal)?

In the circumstances as conveyed to and acceptable to the Hon Court, exemption may be granted subject to conditions

At the cost of losing her chances for prosecution and proving her case, she may opt out to remain absent from cross examination.

A girl cheated on a boy in the name of love and marriage, apart from she and her family made false allegations against the boy and filed police cases stating that she didn't love him and the boy has been harassing her to love and marry him. But the boy has got all physical evidences to prove his innocence and prove that the girl loved and cheated on him. Now the boy has been appearing to the trail court on every dates and he doesn't want to get compromised with that girl if the situation comes and he filed private case on her and made her accused but she approached high court filing a quash petition, the boy responded to the high court and filed counter petition to vacate her quash petition.

Question is, If that girl wants to marry another guy hiding her love story and other facts, her ex-boy can file a case on her to stop her marriage legally until all the cases get cleared filed by her against the boy?
