Criminal writ petition

Bombay High Court Dismissed Criminal Writ Petition Filed by Cooperative Society against many govt. department officers, police and private persons and society ex.board of administrators etc. as respondents. On grounds that society could have filed private complain and there is no substance based on which criminal write jurisdiction of high court should be entertained. Hence society committee who is petitioner decided to move supreme court to get order from supreme court against high court order of not allowing writ. can expert guide remedy and whether supreme court will entertain the matter ?
