In a criminal case under ipc 326,324 etc prosecution is not calling a witness included in charge sheet filed by police .The said witness is forcefully taken by IO without his wish.Now the case is for hearing and the defense lawyer wants to call the same witness as defence witness who was present at the crime spot and ready to disclose the true fact of the fake story of the prosecution. Now my querry is whether the prosecutor can take objection for this and under which law.Experts please highlight
