thank you.police investigation was done.and by considering all the merits only they gave b report.only they are opposing that the investiogation was not done properly.so asking to reopen the case.

what are the possibilitie to reopen that case??

but once IO completed all the investigation by considering the evidence..how can court simply ask for another IO to investigate??will there be any arrest warrent issued by IO once the investigation and charge sheet also submitted..plz reply to this query.your answwer will be really helpful to us.
