When I opposed to an illegal act of a person, he attacked me. For which I filed complaint with police and attacker also filed a counter complaint against me saying I let my dog mate before his daughter. And police is hand in glove with him. And they are trying to implicate me in a false case.
I want to know under what provision its a crime (dog mating in public place).
