Crcpc ammendments regarding the power to arrest

In dowry case , before registration of FIR, Husband and other family member can takes anticipatory bail or. if they did not get they can  asked one week notice from the Court for getting bail after registration of FIR U/s 498A /34 IPC

After registration of FIR , for arresting of husband & his family members, IO has full  power to arrest husband but for arresting of his family member he must take permission from Deputy commissioner  Police  for arresting of husband' parents and other family members.
