Cost not paid by plantiff suit dismissed for default

A fraudulent person tried to grab my property where he was sold the said property to me earlier by sada sale deed but case was filed by his son's for owning the property. but after several prosecutions plaintiff was not paid cost to court hence case was dismissed for default. My question is can he take the case into force by paying the cost to court and is there any advantages to me by suit dismissal. what are i need to take, pls clarify me and guide me.
