Correction in Registered Sale Deed

I am Lokesh,

         I purchased a Ancestral property in the sale deed the vendor has not mention the details of her 5 years child. Kindly guide me whether it is a problem. If it is a problem how to correct it. Whether the sale deed has to be corrected and how to go about. Kindly help me.

i have purchased a flat in kolkata 2 year back. Registration also done but i am unable to do Mutation of my property due to wrong address in the deed. As per local municipality the deed address is wrong . Please let me know what will be my next course of action .

During the re registration of the rectified sale deed is the seller required to be present? He has already consented and we have made the changes to the sale deed but during registration he is not available as he out of the city
