Correction in older sale deeds. Is it necessary?

Hi, I am planning to buy a property in Bangalore. I have a query on whether I need rectification on earlier sale deeds To elobarate, I am the 4th buyer post plot conversion Owner A got the land converted Owner A sold it to B. This deed has mistake in one of the initals of B's father's name B sold it C. In this deed B's father's Initials are rectified C sells to D. No error in deed D to sell to E(me). To be executed Now the query here is does the deed between A and B need rectification? Currently there is no seperate rectification deed just that the next deed has the typo corrected. Is this sufficient? If not do I need both parties A and B to be available for rectification deed? What if I am unable to trace them or if any one of them God forbid is deceased? How do I proceed then? Kindly advise Regards, Adesh
