Correct name in cbse

My father's last name is not written on my cbse class 10 marks sheet and i noticed it after one year, now i have to correct my father's name on class tenth Cbse marksheet. but i am confused because i have seen many sites which stated that corrections are allowed only within a year while some other websites have stated that corrections are allowed within 2 years. please help me in this matter.
