In my criminal case in district court,Public prosecutor submitted oral arguments only for one minute. But after judgement, District judge many points and details as Public prosecutor arguements. Can i get public prosecutor arguments noted in a diary maintained by district judge. How can i get the same. How the district judge written in his judgement when he argued orally for one minute only in front of myself. He never told all the points mentioned in the judgement order pronounced by district judge.
How can get the same or clarify the same.
