Copy document

I have filed a partition suit for my father.s property. I was having survey nos of the properies. On the basis of the same suit filed. Now we are asked to produce copy of title document. My father got some property of his uncle through court order. I am not having the copy of the court order. Also I dont have any details except it was in the year 1971/1972. Can we ask (through the court) the respondents my brothers to produce the copy of the court order Regards S.Meenakshi
