What is your query, you are repeating the same query in a different mnanner in different threads.

Instead you can discuss your actual problem.

No Sir, actually both are different queries..

actually , I want to start practice in nearest future and that's why it is for research purpose..

in first query I was asking that as a taxation lawyer, apart from return filing which documents, I can draft...

in second means above question, I am asking that if I start drafting along with return filing then is it highly demanding field so that I can expand my practice...

There is no restriction on you to choose the field of practice in this profession.

Have you completed the law course and got enrolled as an advocate?

If not first you do that and decide about which field you would like to select for practice.

In fact if you would like to be specialised in the taxation law alone, then you may have to concentrate on that field and if time permits you may deviate to other fields.

Drafting is a skill and not that everyone will be well versed with it and until and unless one devotes fully in the subject, they cannot excell in thsi field, hence it would be a choice of your career, which you can decide on the basis of the circumstances prevailing at that time.

Don't be anxious over anything, you have to work very hard to achieve your ambitions.

yes sir...I have cleared AIBE and got enrolled as an advocate..

yes sir, in starting , I only want to focus on taxation field...
after getting command over it, I will expand my practice in drafting...because it's also interesting for me...

I will follow your advice definitely...but reason behind this research is only to get an idea how to start and how to go ahead gradually...thank you very very much..

In order to get fully accustomed and experienced with the typicalities of proper legal drafting, you may join a reputed senior lawyer and remain with him/her till such time you gain confidence and learn the art of drafting.
