We have been cultivating a piece of land measuring 2.32 acres on paper and records. The land was not surveyed for a long time. Now a recent survey of the land shows that the said 2.32 acres goes in to the adjacent owners land as well. what should we do to get possession of our land that goes in to the adjacent land.

Land is a State subject and it is being surveyed with every crop (generally bi-annually) in every State.
If your land (as per records) is shown as neighbour's, obtain copy of revenue records (fard girdawari etc as it is called in your state) and challenge it before Revenue Authorities.
