need help with procedure.
I have to bring to notice of the Hon'ble trail court that, I have changed my current adv. can I file memo stating that I need time to collect noc and to appointment new adv and request to adjourn the matter for 2 months, stating reasons need time to find new adv, to take certified copies from court and to discuss further steps to be taken and also have medical issues.
memo is fine or i need to file an IA with affidavit please ?
