Ancestral property in adoption vase

A person received some immovable property through a " sealed covered will"  from his adopted father 

Shall this property will be treated as Ancestral Property ot self acquired to beneficiary?

It will be deemed as self-acquired of the beneficiary.

The property bequeathed to the beneficiary will be treated as his own and absolute property.

I agree with the experts advise, such a property shall be treated as self-acquired in the hands of adoptee child/ beneficiary.

Regarding the property received through a sealed covered will from an adopted father, it would generally be treated as self-acquired property of the beneficiary, rather than ancestral property.
